The Legend of Jerry Quiver: Adventures of Griffindale is a short visual novel created by Corinna Games during 2017. Based on a larger, unfinished project called The Legend of Jerry Quiver: Rise of The Dominion, this bite-sized adventure tells the story of a young boy living to his legendary father's legacy.
One certainty in Nathan Quiver's life is that he's the breathing prodigy of the legendary hero Jerry Quiver, who brought peace to the lands of Griffindale 30 years ago. Eager to follow his father's footsteps, Nathan has set onto a grand adventure in hopes to meet with his father once again, who has vanished without a trace. Joining him are his band of best friends: the curious Melanie Star, the brave Resistance scout Grant Winters, and the cheerful Isabelle Black.
Taking a trip down to the Meadow of the Roses - a place where the sun never shines - was supposed to be a nice day out for our wandering heroes... until a mysterious group of alleged crooks called The Red Roses bargain for their help. Their courageous leader Taffy Rose and their bumbling first mate Licorice Nipits have been taken hostage by the cruel land owner Aphsdel, and it's up to Nathan and his friends to save the day!
A unforgettable cast of heroes await you! This game features a large collection of characters featuring full body portraits and a plethera of expressions!

Absolute cinema, as in, literally just cinema. Why would you possibly make a VN in rpgmaker?????? What?² (I gotta respect that!)
The art is nice, very nice, story feels uh... It's def a story alright. I accidentally pressed F12 and screwed myself over halfway through, dang it.
I think I saw 2-3 typos. "adolescants". But whatever
Also, je ne pas parlar français, pourquoi vouz gotta rub salt on my wound, man? Ah, yeah, the red roses substitute leader speaking like a true bro from da hood was a nice aspect, even if it only happened once. I like the characters and their personalities, but the story just feels like a jumbled mess. There's no context and stuff just blows up and happens.
My fav is the mounsieur cuz I am a masochist. Damn it I gotta learn french
